About Us

In the Beginning : Signs

We are very proud of our roots. Our company, Sign-On Custom Vinyl Signs began in 1997 by purchasing sign equipment to create truck signs for our family's trucking company. (RAS Trucking, Inc.) We wanted the freedom to make signs that looked great. While we wanted the signs to get noticed, we never really expected them to create not only a business, but also a career for us. This is exactly what they did for us. We started creating signs for the trucking compnay, but others quickly noticed and we began making signs for most of the surrounding trucking companies. From there signs for all uses quickly followed.

T-Shirts:

"Hey, do ya'll think you can put my logo on some shirts for me?" It sounds pretty simple but that's what got us started in the t-shirt industry. We have come a long way from where we started in terms of making t-shirts. We now have the capacity to produce thousands of shirts a day, a far cry from the 2-3 shirts a week we were originally producing.

Printing & Specialty Products:

After many years of working for an advertising agency, Shannon decided to make the first leap of faith for Sign-On. In 2002 she became the first full time employee. She quickly added the specialty products section to our business. Now through our network of vendors we were able to put customers logos on anything they could imagine.

In 2005 Sign-On Enterprises was formed and we opened our first storfront business in Burkburnett, Texas. A few short years later, Keith quit his job as an accountant and became Sign-On's second full time employee. It was a true leap of faith and thanks to the loyalty of our customers a fruitful leap of faith. We now have 3 full time employees and 3 part time employees.

Where we're going:

“This Sign & Shirt Shop uses expert creativity to build loyal trusting customer relationships driven by a constant focus on exceeding all expectations.” This statement is our vision and is not only how we built our business, but also is how we want to continue our business. Our customers are our first and foremost focus. We look forward to our future and can't wait for our next project with you.

Team Bio:

	Kevin Myers From the very beginning of Sign-On Kevin's focus and love has been on making great looking truck signs. Kevin's passion is in the trucking industry and it shows in his love of creating signs for all types of trucking companies. While not working on signs Kevin's full time job is as a dispatcher at RAS Trucking as well as a module hauler for the Rhineland Co-op Gin. Kevin is married to Shelly and has 3 children, Karley, Olivia, and Adam.
	Keith Myers Artwork had been Keith's focus from the inception of Sign-On. Keith attended Midwestern State University and received a degree in Business Administration with a major focus in Accounting. While still attending Midwestern his interest in signs and artwork was constantly in the background. After graduating he worked a full time job and kept sign work as a hobby. This hobby quickly grew into a full time job and in 2006 he went to work full time for Sign-On. He still loves artwork and creating unique designs for signs and t-shirts. Keith is married to Shannon and they have 4 children, Matthew, Kamryn, Andrew, and Nathan
	Shannon Myers Shannon also attended Midwestern State university and received her degree in Mass Communications. After graduating she worked for Bob Phillips Productions, Billy Graham (Amsterdam 2000), DesignWorks, and Merchant Marketing. Her love for marking and business promotions has been a vital asset to Sign-On. Being Sign-On's first full time employee caused her to wear many hats of sales, customer relations, and all of the accounting/bookwork responsibilities. Shannon's true love is her children.
	Dan King Dan is a full time paramedic for the City of Burkburnett. He is also a volunteer fireman and is currently the Assistant Fire Chief. Somewhere in his spare time he works part-time for Sign-On. He began working in 2007 and assists in all aspects of production. Dan is married to Tiffany and they have 1 child Lexi
	Chad Richards Chad is currently a student at Midwestern State University. He works full-time for Sign-On and is the screenprinting manager.
	Carliss Norris Carliss is a full time teacher at IC Evans Elementary. She works part-time for Sign-On and is in charge of our storefront as well as all clerical duties. She enjoys spending most of her extra time with her grandchildren.
